DC3.5-24V Brass Flow Sensor

A compact, high-integrity water flow switch built from solid brass with 1-inch threading and dimensions of approx. 5.8 x 3.8 cm. Operates reliably within a DC voltage window of 3.5 V to 24 V and handles working pressures greater than 1.75 MPa. Its Hall-effect measurement system provides pulse-based flow feedback across a validated range of 2–50 L/min (±5% accuracy), with output governed by the linear relationship F (Hz) = 8 × Q (L/min) − 4. Sealing relies on a mechanically loaded O-ring beneath the sensor housing, while all electronic components are protected by waterproof potting and IP67-grade enclosure design. Widely applied in UK-certified water heaters, chilled water dispensers, multi-stage RO systems and public-access water vending terminals where durability and signal fidelity are non-negotiable.
