The spot welder control module is designed for DIY or basic battery welding applications. It is primarily used for welding nickel-plated single cells or battery packs. The module includes a main board and a display board, with optional 40A and 100A bidirectional thyristors. Welding transformers, welding pens, and other tools are not included. Features: 1. Saves the last operation; monopulse triggers the module. 2. Voltage compensation: Automatically adjusts output based on local voltage changes. Displays local voltage and compensation value for approximately 1 second during triggering. 3. 0-999 welding count function: Provides clear welding count. Press and hold the encoder for 3 seconds to reset the count. 4. Time input range: 0-99 cycles (1 cycle = 20ms); welding strength adjustable from 30% to 99%. 5. Voltage Calibration Calibration is required upon first use. Once calibrated, it does not need to be repeated unless the power transformer is replaced. If voltage readings are inaccurate, recalibration is possible. Calibration procedure: Press the encoder knob and power on the module to enter calibration mode. The first option allows adjustment of the flashing value using the encoder. After three adjustments, press the encoder briefly to return to the operating interface. For example, if the measured voltage is 220V, adjust the display to 220. 2. Display Interface Digital adjustment: Short press the encoder to make values flash. Adjust using the encoder.
