Dual Gear 5:1 Reduction Extruder

This dual gear extruder uses a dedicated 5:1 planetary-style reduction mechanism to boost torque and stabilise filament flow. It supports standard 1.75 mm filament and incorporates a total gear train of 10 driving gears, 50 reduction gears, and 17 extrusion gears. With a typical maximum holding torque of 110 mN·m and moment of inertia of 17 g·cm², it delivers predictable extrusion behaviour across varying print speeds and material types. Compatible with CR10, CR10S, Ender 3, Ender 3 V2, and CR6 SE series printers, it installs using existing mounting hardware and wiring interfaces.
