Elastic Stainless Brick Weep Covers

Each cover is approximately 2.5 cm in diameter, manufactured from cold-rolled stainless spring steel with controlled yield strength. The 50-piece pack offers full coverage for typical UK brick-built properties: ~10–15 covers per elevation for standard terraced housing, or full coverage for 2–3 bay windows plus wall base weeps in detached homes. Installation relies solely on the inherent elasticity of the steel: compress radially, insert, and allow natural rebound to grip the internal cavity edge. This mechanical retention eliminates reliance on environmental conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity) that affect glue or tape adhesion—ensuring consistent fit year-round, even during UK winter installation windows. Their application aligns with Property Care Association (PCA) guidance on non-invasive damp mitigation and supports RICS Home Survey Level 2/3 recommendations for proactive pest exclusion at building envelope weak points—making them a trusted choice among UK chartered surveyors and property maintenance contractors.
