[How long can the gel sheets last?] The gel pad should be replaced regularly. Each pad can last for 20–30 uses. [How to maintain it?] Clean and dry your skin before use. After using the gel sheets, stick them back to the cardboard to preserve adhesion. Gel sheets are consumables. Replace with a new sheet when: 1. You notice a decrease in conduction performance, resulting in reduced effectiveness. 2. The adhesive surface (gel) dries out, loses stickiness, or becomes damaged or contaminated with dirt that cannot be cleaned. How to use: Attach the side with the white paper to the device. Attach the side with the transparent film to the skin.
