FOR BMW Mini Cooper ELV/ESL Steering Lock Emulator Compatible with BMW models E90, E91, E92, E93, E60, E61, E63, E64, and Mini models R55, R56. Emulates the ELV (Electronic Steering Lock) module. Plug-and-play installation — no coding or additional hardware required. Enables locking and unlocking functions via communication with the CAS/ELV module. The ELV is an electronic component in the steering column. If it fails, the vehicle may not start even with a fully functional key. Replacing and programming the original ELV at a dealership is costly and time-consuming. This emulator bypasses a faulty ELV, restoring normal operation. No coding is required — simply connect the device. Note: - In some cases, fault codes and memory counters must be cleared using a diagnostic tool. - Installation must be performed by a qualified mechanic. Fault codes must be reset using appropriate diagnostic equipment. - This emulator is intended for use only when a faulty ELV has been confirmed. - It is designed to emulate a fully functional steering lock. - Installation guide not included.
