This embedded barcode scanner module features a 640x480 CMOS optical sensor and supports both 1D and 2D barcode decoding, including widely used formats such as CODE 128, EAN-13, UPC-A, QR Code, Data Matrix, and GS1 DataBar. It reliably reads printed barcodes on paper and dynamic screen-based codes from mobile payment apps like WeChat Pay and Alipay. The module uses inductive reading mode with scanning accuracy of ≥4mil and operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 50°C, with storage capability from −40°C to 60°C. Built from durable ABS material, it withstands daily use in demanding environments. Power consumption is up to 230mA at 5V DC via USB interface. Ideal for integration into access control systems, elevator entry panels, community gate machines, visitor management terminals, and modernised ticketing or payment kiosks.
