Engineered to convert dough balls into uniform, ready-to-fill wrappers for jiaozi, bao, mantou, ravioli, and pan-fried dumplings. Operation requires only one downward motion — no twisting, rotating, or fine motor coordination. The press self-centres dough automatically, yielding symmetrical 12 cm rounds with defined rims. Post-use cleaning takes under 15 seconds: hold under tap, rotate gently, shake off water. Compatible with UK-sourced flours (e.g., strong white, wholemeal, buckwheat) and common dough hydrations (58–62%).
