External Mount Liquid Level Sensor

Compact stick-type sensor measuring 18 x 13 x 11 mm, made of durable ABS plastic. Includes 45 cm cable. Powered by DC 5–24 V, drawing only 5 mA. Outputs clear digital high/low signals (high = supply voltage, low = 0 V) with load capacity of 1–100 mA. Responds within 500 ms. Rated for operation between 0°C and 85°C, under 5–100% relative humidity. IP65 enclosure ensures protection against dust and low-pressure water jets. Accuracy: ±15 mm level reading error. Designed for non-metal pipes and tanks ≥10 mm outer diameter — sensing range adjusts per wall thickness (e.g., up to 20 mm for ≥100 mm OD pipes; as low as 1 mm for 10–20 mm OD). Uses high-speed signal processing to overcome wall interference, enabling accurate level detection without physical contact with liquid or vessel interior. Mounts externally at top and bottom positions to monitor high/low thresholds. Supports daisy-chaining for multi-point monitoring. Ideal for sealed, pressurised, or chemically aggressive environments where internal sensors would degrade or compromise safety. Commonly deployed in UK wastewater management, chemical dosing systems, brewery CIP tanks, aquaculture reservoirs, and automated home brewing or hydroponics — wherever maintenance-free, long-life, non-invasive level control is essential.
