A purpose-built single-beam infrared detector designed specifically to prevent false alarms in home security applications. Installed across door or window frames with wall-mounting hardware, it pairs a transmitter and receiver to create an invisible trip barrier. Powered by 12–24V AC/DC, it draws over 25mA, detects interruptions within 1 second, works up to 15m detection range, operates between -10°C and 50°C, features automatic alignment, and supports up to 20m spacing between units. Its optical system rejects glare from sun or lamps to ensure reliability.
