Five-Blade Pastry Cutter For Baking

A robust, manually operated pastry cutter designed for authentic British baking workflows. Comprises five fixed stainless steel blades mounted on a central stainless steel spine, connected to a contoured, non-slip polymer handle. Overall dimensions: 24 cm length, 5 cm blade width at base; net weight: 180 g. Blades are mirror-polished and corrosion-resistant. Handle is engineered with compressible zones to absorb impact force during downward cutting strokes. Intended uses: cutting cold butter into flour for shortcrust, puff and choux pastry; mixing crumble, flapjack and biscuit mixtures; light folding of enriched doughs; and coarse preparation of almonds, walnuts or pecans. Compatible with all standard UK dishwashers — no pre-rinse required.
