FK12 FF12 Ball Screw Support Unit

FK12/FF12 ball screw end support set comprises one fixed-side FK bearing block and one floating-side FF bearing block, both made from precision-machined carbon steel. Each unit is finished with a black oxide (blackening) surface treatment for enhanced corrosion resistance and dimensional stability. The FK block features pre-greased high-precision angular contact bearings with lithium soap grease and a special sealing gasket for long-term sealed operation; the FF block uses identical sealing and lubrication. Mounting is straightforward: the FK side installs via lock nut and cushion block with inner hex bolts; the FF side secures using a stop ring on the screw shaft and fits into its bearing housing. Designed for compatibility with 1605-series ball screws used in light to medium-duty machine tool applications.
