FK12 FF12 Rigid Ball Screw Mounting Kit

The FK12/FF12 ball screw support kit offers a complete, ready-to-install mounting solution for 1605 ball screws in light industrial and prototyping machinery. Comprising one FK fixed-end block and one FF floating-end block, both are precision-machined from carbon steel and treated with black oxide for wear resistance and visual uniformity. Bearings are pre-greased with lithium soap grease and sealed with a dedicated gasket to retain lubricant and exclude dust and debris. Installation is simplified: the FK block attaches using a lock nut, cushion block, and inner hex bolts; the FF block secures via a stop ring on the screw shaft. Designed for stable, high-rigidity operation, this kit supports accurate linear motion in applications ranging from desktop CNC mills to automated inspection stages.
