Specifically engineered to replace aged, compressed, or cracked corks in flute headjoints—restoring air seal integrity and mechanical repeatability. The crown is permanently affixed and aligned to match standard flute headjoint threading pitch and torque requirements. Manufactured to conform with ISO 11970 flute specification tolerances for internal diameter and axial runout. Enhances playability by stabilising back-pressure response and reducing ‘blowing resistance’ variability between notes.
