This revision directly targets four frequently reported faults: reverse-position locking, unceasing water discharge, erratic operation, and pressure-induced instability. Though the G53 gear set (part of the same operational system) employs stable POM material suitable for high-pressure environments, sand ingress can lead to jamming — requiring grinding wheel removal for cleaning. Most significantly, this kit resolves verified cases where Polaris cleaners floated mid-cycle due to sustained water spray under locally high pressure — an issue corrected through refined valve responsiveness and flow modulation.
