250-piece batch of ISO 15974-compliant sealed blind rivets with aluminium AlMg 5.0 body and galvanized steel mandrel. Specifications: 4.8 mm diameter (±0.08 mm), 12.5 mm length (+1.0 / −0.2 mm), countersunk head (9.5 mm D2), mandrel diameter 2.65 mm, mandrel length ≥27.0 mm. Pre-drill size: 4.9 mm. Effective grip: 6–7.5 mm. Load capacities: 2100 N shear, 3000 N tensile. Mandrel features steel protection layer. Intended for indoor use only. The sealed cavity design blocks particulate and fluid entry when installed correctly — supporting compliance with IP-rated enclosures and hygienic design standards. Captive mandrel eliminates secondary handling or vacuum cleanup. Stable geometry ensures predictable expansion and clinching in both hand tools and CNC-fed riveters.
