H4 LED Headlight Relay Wiring Harness Kit for Negative Switching

Flickering headlights. Malfunctioning headlights when using high/low beams. Overloading the headlight switch. Overheating connectors. This is an H4/9003 12V headlight relay wiring harness with high-heat resistance. Ceramic connectors for vehicles with upgraded halogen or HID H4 bulbs. H4 dual-headlight relay harness for H4 bulb conversions. The factory headlight switch cannot handle the increased power required by high-wattage halogen bulbs, which may cause dimming, flickering, or failure of the headlights. This harness bypasses the headlight switch for power delivery, drawing current directly from the vehicle’s battery while using the original switch to trigger the relays for on/off control. The ceramic connectors resist melting—unlike standard plastic connectors—under the higher heat generated by halogen bulbs. This harness features direct plug-and-play installation with OEM-style connectors for both high-beam and low-beam circuits.
