This 2-piece sliding gate side roller kit features 3-inch (76 mm) diameter hard nylon wheels with sealed ball bearings, housed in stainless steel hardware and mounted on sturdy welded C-brackets. Each unit measures 60 x 40 x 50 mm and is built for sustained outdoor performance in UK climate conditions. The nylon wheel provides quiet, non-marking operation and resists cracking or deformation under repeated load. The bracket is permanently welded for structural integrity and attaches securely to a fixed support frame using standard bolts. A replaceable roller design — accessed via a side-positioned bolt — simplifies long-term upkeep.
