High-Conductivity PCM Thermal Pad

Honeywell PTM7950 is a phase-change thermal pad designed for high-performance thermal management in space-constrained devices such as gaming laptops and mini-PCs. Typical size: 40 mm × 40 mm × 0.5 mm; weight approx. 3.7 g per pad; thermal conductivity ≥ 6.5 W/m·K (ASTM D5470). It softens above 55°C to achieve intimate surface contact, reducing interfacial thermal resistance dramatically. Its proprietary polymer PCM formulation ensures no oil bleed, no pump-out, and consistent performance after repeated thermal cycling. Validated for 1000 hours at 150°C and 1000 cycles between −40°C and 125°C — meeting stringent OEM reliability requirements for modern mobile computing platforms.
