DTS6012M is a fully integrated single-channel dToF ranging module, featuring a high-sensitivity infrared-enhanced SPAD sensor with a 20m range. The chip incorporates time-correlated photon threshold algorithm, histogram statistical algorithm, and fast TDC architecture to enable high-precision distance measurement. It offers 12m detection performance under 160KLux ambient light and includes reflectivity correction functionality.The DTS6012M integrates a power module and operates on a single 3.3V power supply, with built-in temperature compensation. It supports I2C and UART interfaces for easy integration and uses a compact, reliable optical LGA package.
