If the original motor is 250W, achieving higher speeds may be limited due to motor constraints. The motor may not support speeds up to 38km/h. Two speed modes: (1) Low speed mode – up to 20km/h (factory default). (2) High speed mode – up to 38km/h. Installation Steps 1. Turn off the scooter power. 2. Remove the four screws located under the display on the stem. Keep screws for reassembly. 3. Open the housing. Locate the wire connecting the display; unplug the connector in the middle. 4. Insert the controller between the display and the wire, ensuring proper alignment without damaging internal pins. 5. Place the controller inside the stem cavity and reinstall the four screws. 6. Press and hold the power button on the Bluetooth board to turn on the scooter. 7. Tap the brake lever three times, then press the throttle three times. The display will show “38”, indicating firmware update in progress. Do not operate during this process. Wait until the display shows “0”, indicating completion. Turn off the scooter, then restart. The scooter should now reach speeds up to 38km/h. Test accordingly.
