Compatible with all Pit Boss 700 and 820 series wood pellet grills with digital control meat probe capability. Please check spade connector style before ordering. Waterproof and made from healthy materials, allowing you to monitor the internal temperature of various foods. Built and tested under strict quality control standards. Easily spliced to thermostat leads with no tools required. Ideal for direct replacement, this probe sensor works well on smokers for consistent results. 3.5-inch (10.5 cm) internal grill sensor with 23-inch (60 cm) heat-resistant woven wires. Screw and nut not included. Extra-thin probe tip minimizes puncture holes during use. The probe tube can be rinsed under running water or wiped clean with a damp cloth. Suitable for BBQ and food temperature monitoring, including meat and ambient temperatures in smokers or grills. Functions effectively with smokers featuring electronic controls.
