This 2-pack hydraulic float valve system provides passive, fail-safe water level management for tanks, troughs, and reservoirs. Each valve is constructed entirely from food-grade stainless steel (304), with a primary 1/2 inch BSP inlet and bundled adapters for 3/4 inch and 1 inch pipe connections. Unit dimensions: ~12 cm × 5 cm × 8 cm; net weight per valve: ~350 g. Silicone-sealed plunger ensures tight shut-off; integrated stainless steel mesh filter guards against grit and organic debris. Operating range: 0°C to 100°C. Includes both upper and side inlet configurations, plus two pieces of PTFE sealing tape. The design leverages simple physics: water level decline causes float descent → plunger lifts → flow begins; level rise lifts float → plunger reseats → flow halts. Response is immediate and proportional — no lag, overshoot, or hysteresis. Ideal for applications where reliability trumps automation: livestock hydration, fire reserve tanks, greenhouse irrigation headers, and municipal fountain circuits. Mounting flexibility supports varied tank shapes and inlet placements. The compact profile allows installation in confined spaces where larger diaphragm or solenoid valves won’t fit — all without compromising flow rate or durability.
