ISO-Threaded Aluminum Alloy Headset

A purpose-built 1 inch threaded headset for riders restoring or maintaining classic road and racing bicycles. It meets ISO/English threading standards and fits forks with 22 mm inner diameter and 25.4 mm outer diameter, along with head tubes measuring 30 mm internally. All parts are CNC-machined from aluminum alloy to deliver accurate dimensions, low weight, and resistance to surface degradation. This headset enables correct fitment where modern threadless systems cannot be retrofitted — supporting authenticity and safety in vintage bike projects across the UK and EU markets.
