K9 Crystal Dandelion Desk Sphere

25–26 mm diameter sphere made entirely of K9 optical crystal. A real dandelion is embedded in optically clear, UV-resistant resin at the sphere’s geometric centre. The entire assembly is then sealed within the crystal via precision thermal fusion — no seams, joints or visible interfaces. 3D inner laser engraving reconstructs the dandelion’s spatial architecture at 10-micron resolution, visible as shifting highlights under changing light angles. Weight: approximately 90 g. Base curvature ensures stability on flat or gently sloped surfaces. Manufactured to comply with UKCA marking requirements for general consumer goods. No batteries, electronics or consumables — fully passive and maintenance-free. Cleaning requires only soft lint-free cloth and distilled water; no solvents or abrasives needed. Fits standard UK desk organisers (e.g., Muji acrylic trays, Rocketbook stands) without overhang. Developed specifically for UK professionals valuing subtle craftsmanship — where the object’s quiet presence supports concentration rather than demanding attention, reflecting broader cultural shifts toward intentional, low-stimulus workspaces.
