Disc thickness: 4 mm; overall flapper height (including hinge): 32 mm; chain length: 150 mm with fixed hook end. Material: EPDM-grade rubber (chlorine-resistant, temperature-stable); chain: AISI 304 stainless steel. Built for long-term dimensional stability — rubber retains shape and resilience after repeated compression cycles; chain maintains tensile strength without elongation. Tested across 10,000 flush cycles in simulated UK water conditions (moderate hardness, 1–2 ppm free chlorine). Designed for use in homes with ageing plumbing, student accommodation blocks requiring low-downtime servicing, and social housing estates where water efficiency targets are mandated.
