Linear Hall Current Sensor Module for 3-5V Systems with Current Detection Capability

The ACS758 consists of a precision, low-offset linear Hall sensor circuit with a copper current path integrated into the package. The current applied through the copper path generates a magnetic field, which is sensed by the Hall IC and converted to a proportional voltage. Device accuracy is optimized by positioning the magnetic signal close to the Hall sensor. The output voltage is highly accurate and stable, provided by a chopper-stabilized, low-offset BICMOS IC calibrated for precision. The internal resistance of the current conduction path is typically 100 mΩ, enabling low power loss. The copper conductor is designed to withstand high overcurrent conditions. The conduction path terminals and sensor pins (pins 1 to 3) are electrically isolated. This allows the ACS758 sensor to be used in applications requiring electrical isolation without external insulators or complex insulation techniques. The ACS758 is fully calibrated prior to shipment. The ACS758 series is lead-free; all pins are plated with 100% matte tin, and no lead is present in the package.
