M-Series Dual-Thread Conveyor Coupler Kit

This 5-piece conveyor coupler kit is manufactured from solid iron with a bright chrome-plated surface finish. All components are hollow tube couplers with precisely machined metric threads: one external thread and one internal thread per piece. Thread pitch is uniform at 1.0 mm. The included types cover five widely used combinations: Outer M8 / Inner M6, Outer M10 / Inner M4, Outer M10 / Inner M6, Outer M10 / Inner M8, and Outer M12 / Inner M10. Dimensions vary slightly by type (lengths between 25–40 mm, outer diameters 10–16 mm), but all maintain tight tolerance control for repeatable fit. No additional tools or adhesives needed — installs via standard hand-tightening or light torque. Compatible with standard ISO metric fasteners and conveyor components commonly found in UK distribution centres and packaging automation lines.
