M6 Brass Foil Mounting Kit for Tracks

A field-proven mounting kit comprising 4 x M6 brass foil mounts and 4 x hydrofoil T-nuts, developed specifically for reliability in UK coastal conditions. Brass composition delivers natural resistance to chloride-induced stress cracking — essential for foiling in brackish estuaries or open Atlantic swells. All units conform to M6 × 1.0 metric thread standard, verified against DIN 13-1 and BS EN ISO 724. Mount base thickness is 2.3mm for optimal slot retention; T-nut width is 10.5mm to suit standard track tolerances. Dual PVD finish provides surface hardness exceeding 1500 HV, resisting abrasion from repeated insertion and removal during seasonal rig changes.
