Marine 3-Pos Key Switch Off Run Start

This marine-grade ignition key switch has compact dimensions of 5.2 cm × 3.8 cm × 2.5 cm and a net weight of 95 g. Its housing is made from impact-resistant thermoplastic, and internal contacts are nickel-plated brass for consistent conductivity. It delivers true 3-position functionality—Off, Run, and Start—with clear mechanical stops and smooth rotational action. The 6-wire configuration includes red (battery +), black (ground), purple (ignition coil), brown (accessory power), yellow/red stripe (starter solenoid), and white (tachometer signal or neutral safety)—fully replicating the OEM Mercury 87-17009A5 specification. It is intended for direct replacement on Mercury outboard motors manufactured between the late 1990s and early 2010s where this part number was standard.
