Multi-Angle Cement Grouting Tool

Designed specifically for accurate, low-effort placement of cementitious grouts and repair mortars, this manual grouting tool uses a high-density ABS housing rated for repeated mechanical stress and incidental chemical exposure. At 25–26 cm long, it offers ideal balance between compactness and operational leverage. Its core functionality stems from a linear-plunger syringe system: a wear-resistant rubber-tipped rod creates steady, progressive pressure to move slurry through any of the four included nozzles — straight, offset, corner-fitting, and pinpoint — each selected for accessibility in real tiling and masonry scenarios. The handle features a deeply embossed anti-slip texture that remains effective even with gloved or moist hands. Maintenance is simplified by full modularity: the barrel, plunger, and nozzle assembly separate cleanly — enabling full internal flushing with water right after use, as recommended to avoid irreversible cement hydration inside the tool’s working chamber.
