It automatically detects NPN and PNP, N-channel and P-MOSFET channel, diodes, thyristors, resistors, capacitors or other devices. It can automatically test the pins of a component and display on the LCD. It measures the threshold voltage and gate gate capacitance of the MOSFET. It can measure current amplification factor of the bipolar transistor and base-emitter of threshold voltage. Two-button operation, automatic shut-off to prevent waste. Powered by 9 V battery (not included). Before measuring capacitance, the capacitor must be discharged, otherwise meter may be damaged.
