Description

The lead-free solder paste had transparent residues and low solder ball rate and excellent wetting ability on PCB. Our pastes are made of environmentally friendly flux and low oxidation spherical powders, which were characterized by long continuous repeatability printing time, high print , excellent solderability and bright and smooth soldering. Special formulation designs provide excellent rheology and high viscosity retention capability even after extended open times. Our products' wide reflow process window is designed to minimize transition issues from tin-lead to lead-free solder paste. With almost transparent and no corrosion residues, our pastes guarantee high surface insulation resistance and offer high test of pins in the circuit.
