NPN 4mm Inductive Metal Sensor

A 12mm-diameter inductive proximity switch engineered for accurate detection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals at up to 4mm distance. It runs on 10–30V DC, supplies 200mA output current, and features 1.5m cable length. Housed in an IP50-rated, fully sealed ABS enclosure, it resists oil, shock, and elevated operating temperatures. Internal protection includes reverse polarity, surge, and overcurrent safeguards. Its custom IC boosts noise rejection, and hall-effect sensing ensures stable triggering. Widely applied in security systems, textile machinery, CNC equipment, automated production lines, and electronic devices requiring dependable presence detection.
