OEM-Style Flow Switch for IC40 IC20 Systems

A purpose-built replacement for Pentair Intellichlor salt chlorinator flow switches, compatible with IC-15, IC-20, IC-40, and IC-60 models and designed to replace part number 520736. Constructed from weather-resistant plastic, it maintains structural integrity under prolonged UV exposure and temperature fluctuations typical across UK regions. Physical size adheres to OEM tolerances (±1–3 cm). The unit incorporates four distinct wires: red and black/blue for detecting water movement; white and green for measuring inlet water temperature — both data streams are processed by the Intellichlor controller to verify operational readiness. Installation is streamlined using push-button connectors and included waterproof sealing tape. A permanent arrow marking on the housing guides correct orientation, ensuring the sensor activates only when water flows in the intended direction — critical for avoiding erroneous system shutdowns.
