Passive 12V PoE Adapter Kit RJ45

A dedicated 12V passive PoE solution comprising one injector and one splitter, both built to industrial-grade RJ45 footprint standards. Unit weight: ~85g each; operating temperature range: 0–40°C; storage humidity: up to 85% non-condensing. Voltage rating: strictly 12V DC input/output (no conversion); current capacity: rated for continuous 1A (12W) per channel. DC interface: 5.5 × 2.1 mm centre-positive jack/plug with secure friction fit. The injector accepts 12V from any compatible wall transformer and merges it with Ethernet traffic onto one UTP cable. The splitter cleanly extracts 12V and data at the endpoint — supporting full-duplex 10/100Base-TX without speed degradation. Internal PCB layout prioritises separation between power and signal traces to reduce noise coupling. Deployed successfully with Hikvision, Reolink, and TP-Link 12V IP cameras; Ubiquiti NanoStation Loco M2/M5 access points; and various DIN-rail mounted IoT gateways. Tested with Belden 1302A and Nexans LANmark-6 cables — consistent performance up to 35m at 0.8A load; derates gradually beyond due to resistive loss inherent in passive systems.
