PE Float ABS Body Mini Auto Valve

A purpose-built miniature float valve combining functional simplicity with robust engineering. Total length stays within 19 cm, enabling use in narrow-profile humidifier bases, compact sump tanks, and countertop ice dispensers. The valve body is injection-moulded from impact-resistant ABS, while the floating element is made from food-safe, low-density polyethylene (PE), sized at approximately 7.8 × 3.9 cm for optimal lift and sensitivity. Threaded inlet measures ~2 cm (0.79 in), matching typical 1/4 inch BSP or NPT-compatible fittings. A dedicated mid-valve nut provides intuitive, tactile adjustment of cut-off height — and the entire unit rotates freely for angled or overhead mounting. Delivers fast, splash-free water delivery, tight shut-off under pressure, and long-term resistance to moisture-induced wear — all verified through repeated cycling in real-world humidification and aquatic applications.
