PLA-Bodied RJ45 Network Toggle

This is a manually operated, inline RJ45 Ethernet switch housed in a fully PLA-based enclosure. Its physical footprint is around 7.5 cm × 3.5 cm × 2.5 cm, and it weighs approximately 45 g. The internal toggle mechanism complies with RU standards and is rated for minimum 10,000 actuations. It functions by interrupting the data pair continuity inside the Ethernet cable — no electricity, no logic board, no latency. Use cases include enforcing screen time limits for minors by cutting upstream LAN access, and protecting small business servers from after-hours intrusion attempts. Includes one unit only — no cables or accessories — and installs by inserting into any standard Ethernet link via two RJ45 ports. Note: slight dimensional variance (±1–3 cm) may occur due to manual assembly; monitor colour rendering may differ from actual PLA tone.
