Precision 45° Air-Powered Chamferer

High-precision pneumatic chamfering tool: 15 × 5.8 cm footprint, 3.2 cm body diameter, 4.8 cm disc; metal construction throughout. Fits holes ≥ 8 mm. Operates up to 30,000 RPM using only 0.4 L/min air via 1/4 inch PT inlet. Supports C-angle chamfers (0.1–1.5 mm), R-arc radii (0.1–1.5 mm), and depth control (0.1–0.9 mm). Speed adjusted via 1–5 position valve with reinforced tactile knob. Safety switch ensures zero accidental actuation. Engineered for reliability on steel, aluminium, copper, acrylic and hardwood — delivering clean, dimensionally accurate edges on flat, curved, circular and irregular surfaces without stalling or wandering.
