Precision DC 24V LED Temp Controller

Engineered for dependable, maintenance-free temperature regulation, this microcomputer thermostat supports full-range operation from -50°C to 110°C — both for sensing and active control — with verified accuracy of ±0.2°C and repeatability of ±0.1°C. It uses a factory-calibrated 10kΩ NTC thermistor probe (1m length, waterproof sheath) to deliver stable feedback regardless of ambient moisture. Physical specs: 60×45×31mm housing, with two 4mm mounting holes centred ~73mm apart — compatible with standard DIN-rail adapters and enclosure cutouts. Powered solely by DC 24V, it drives resistive or inductive loads up to 10A directly (no external relay required for typical heaters/coolers). The LED display activates instantly on power, showing real-time ambient temperature; setpoint and differential are adjusted using two physical buttons — no learning curve, no hidden menus. Deployed successfully in UK-based reptile husbandry setups, backyard chicken incubators, nano-aquariums, craft brewing temperature staging, hydroponic nutrient tanks, and small-scale industrial chillers — all operating reliably under continuous DC 24V supply.
