A compact, high-accuracy door hardware guide sized at approx. 21.8 x 8 cm (8.58 x 3.15 inches), fabricated from machined 6061 aluminium for durability and precision. It supports hinge mortising, centered hinge hole drilling, and hardware hole cutting — all guided through one integrated system. The adjustable sliding component features easy-to-read scale markings and positive-action threaded knobs for stable, vibration-free positioning. Works with square-corner hinges and those with 1/4 inch or 5/8 inch radius corners across sizes 2.5–5 inches, and fits doors up to 1-3/4 inches thick. Includes one jig only — no bits, routers, or mounting hardware provided.
