Crafted from robust aluminium alloy, this fixture delivers dimensional stability and corrosion resistance in humid UK workshop environments. Each unit measures approx. 12 cm × 8 cm × 3 cm and weighs ~320 g. Its clamping range (1–25 mm) accommodates everything from thin laminate edging to 25 mm oak stiles. The 90-degree alignment surface is machined directly into the body for zero tolerance deviation. It secures wood, sheet metal, and engineering plastics during routing, drilling, and assembly—minimising slippage, improving repeatability, and reducing operator fatigue. Package includes two clamps, one hardware batch, and one purpose-fit hex wrench.
