A dedicated fixture for chainsaw guide bar inspection, alignment, and tension calibration. Overall size: 28 cm × 15 cm × 10 cm; net weight: 3.2 kg. Constructed using high-density cast iron for the main chassis and aerospace-grade aluminium for moving parts and interface plates. The tool incorporates a dual-point clamping system that grips both the chainsaw body and bar mount simultaneously, preventing rotational shift during adjustment. Its micrometric adjustment dial permits sub-millimetre positional changes to the guide bar, supporting precise restoration of sprocket nose alignment and rail parallelism.
