Professional-Grade FTX II Maintenance Kit

Designed exclusively for the Contractor FTX II spray system, this maintenance kit replaces part number 288488 and restores full operational capability. Dimensions: 12 × 8 × 5 cm; weight: 0.35 kg. It uses a dual-material strategy—rigid glass-reinforced polyamide for load-bearing frames and low-permeability HNBR for static and dynamic seals. Included are 12 calibrated sealing elements, 3 precision-machined metal interface rings, and 1 complete trigger mechanism rebuild set. All parts comply with ISO 3601-1 groove standards and are cleaned to ISO 14644 Class 8 cleanliness levels prior to packaging. Installation instructions follow the official FTX II service bulletin SB-FTXII-2022-03. Recommended for contractors performing quarterly or usage-based servicing on active FTX II fleets.
