Programmable PWM DC Speed Controller

Compact unit (79 × 43 × 26 mm / 3.11 × 1.69 × 1.02 in) with plastic enclosure. Accepts DC input from 5 V to 30 V — verified functional at 6 V, 12 V and 24 V. Delivers up to 360 W power handling with 12 A continuous and 20 A peak current capacity. PWM frequency fully adjustable from 1 kHz to 99 kHz in 1 kHz increments; default 20 kHz ensures quiet, efficient operation. All key parameters — duty cycle, min/max bounds and frequency — configured and monitored via 3-digit LED display. Soft-start function minimises inrush current at power-up, reducing stress on motor components and driver electronics. Local start/stop buttons and external switch terminals offer dual-mode control. Input circuit includes reverse-polarity protection to prevent damage from incorrect wiring.
