Programmable Stepper Motor Controller

This single-axis stepper motor controller operates on a wide DC 5–30V power supply and features built-in acceleration/deceleration control, reverse polarity protection, and TTL serial communication capability. It measures within an operating temperature range of -5°C to 60°C (non-condensing) and is housed in durable plastic casing. The module supports forward and reverse pulse counts from 1 to 9999, speed adjustment from 0.1 to 999 laps per minute, forward/reverse delay times from 0.0 to 999.9 seconds, and up to 128 programmable motion segments. All settings—including distance, speed, delay, and cycle count—are retained after power-off. It offers automatic, manual, setting, and serial port control modes, with an integrated LCD display for real-time parameter monitoring and intuitive multi-mode operation selection.
