PWM Brush Motor Controller 20A

Unit measures 96 × 61 × 34 mm (3.7 × 2.4 × 1.3 in), weighs approximately 180 g. Core construction uses proven electronic components in a compact black enclosure. Designed specifically for brushed DC motors. Direction control provided by physical forward / stop / reverse toggle switch. Requires DC input only, within 6–60 V range — and critically, input voltage must match motor’s rated voltage exactly (e.g., 12 V motor → 12 V supply). Capable of 20 A peak and 15 A continuous output current. Speed regulation via potentiometer-driven 15 kHz PWM ensures responsive, low-ripple control. Output voltage remains linear under operational load. Digital display shows speed as percentage (0–100%), calibrated and independent of motor type or gear ratio — purely reflects controller’s output duty cycle. Installation is panel-embedded; connections use insulated screw terminals (fence style). Never connect to AC mains or any non-DC source.
