Each insole measures approx. 26.5 cm × 9.5 cm × 0.8 cm and weighs just 85 g — designed to fit discreetly inside most closed-toe footwear without pressure points or heel lift. Constructed from flexible, shock-absorbing EVA foam, they offer gentle arch support and step comfort. Heating is activated via integrated USB-rechargeable circuitry (5V input), achieving stable surface temperatures up to 42°C (108°F) with uniform thermal coverage. The outer layer is waterproof and safe for manual cleaning using a soft brush and mild soap; never machine-washed. Must be fully air-dried before recharging or wearing. Proven effective across UK winter applications: commuting on cold pavements, walking dogs in frosty parks, weekend hill walks, ski resort transfers, and extended outdoor chores — all while maintaining foot dexterity and natural gait.
