Reliable TA Filter Valve Clamp Assembly

This clamp assembly (152165 and 1521656) is a purpose-built replacement for Pentair TA-series pool filters — covering TA 30D, TA 35D, TA 40D, TA 50D, and TA 60D — and verified for use with Dollar and Cristal-Flo filter housings. It features a symmetrical, two-point loading design that evenly distributes clamping force across the valve flange, minimising localised stress on the filter tank. The polymer formulation includes carbon black UV stabiliser and calcium carbonate filler for improved dimensional stability in direct sunlight. Supplied with corrosion-resistant fasteners and designed for finger-tight + quarter-turn final torque, it supports rapid field replacement by pool service engineers or informed homeowners. Intended for use in maintaining full-rated flow (up to 60 m³/h on TA 60D) without flow restriction or pressure drop at the valve interface.
