RF Modulator for SCART Devices

A dedicated RF modulator that accepts SCART input and outputs a robust radio frequency signal compatible with analog TV tuners. It uses PLL-controlled modulation to deliver stable 61.25 MHz or 67.25 MHz output (switchable), with optional custom frequencies from 40–900 MHz. Output gain is 80 dB, supporting long-cable runs and signal integrity over distance. Compliant with PAL DK by default, and configurable for I, BG, M, N, L, SECAM or NTSC depending on regional TV requirements. Draws only 5V / 500mA via USB, consuming less than 0.5W. Intended for connecting DVD players, set-top boxes, media streamers and gaming consoles to TVs without composite, HDMI or SCART inputs — especially useful in rental properties, caravans, classrooms or older homes with legacy infrastructure. Setup requires connecting SCART → converter → RF cable → TV antenna port, then performing channel scan in analog TV mode.
